
The head of Omo Omiran (Princes and Princesses) of Esa Oke, Bajimo Adeyemi Omojadegbe, has been appointed Chairman of the Board of Trustees (BOT) of the Esa Oke Central Union(ECU).
The ECU Chairman, Otunba Yinusa Aremu Bamigboye, made the announcement in a short statement recently.
Chief Omojadegbe thereby succeeds the late Chief Ayotunde Faniyi, who passed away about a year ago.
With the appointment of Chief Omojadegbe, the BOT has been reinvigorated and given renewed impetus for action, working in collaboration with the ECU, the Esa-Oke Council of Elders, the Esa Oke Renewal Initiative, and other like-minded societies, associations and entities, for the economic and social advancement of our town.
The current composition of the BOT is now as follows:
• High Chief Bajimo Yemi Omojadegbe – Chairman
• Otunba Israel Adetunji Akin-Adaramola, JP
• Prof. Abiodun Oni – Secretary of the Board.
• Prof. Olasiji Olamiju, and
• Dr. (Mrs) Cecelia Kehinde Ijitona
