
The Esa Oke Grammar School Old Students’ Association (EGSOSA) ‘82 set has recorded another milestone in their efforts to uplift their Alma Mater.
The set recently commissioned a new administrative block, donated some office furniture, Solar-powered fan and office equipment for the school.
The new projects, the third in the series, comprising two directly executed and one indirectly executed, were commissioned by a frontline indigene of the town, Elder Paul Fadairo.
Elder Fadairo thanked the set for the good gesture and implored the school management to make good use of the furniture and the office equipment.
He urged the school to “please do not allow the furniture and the office equipment to rot away. Please make good use of them to encourage others to assist the school”.
The President of 82 set, Dr. Aderogba Ola, a Clergy of the Four Square Gospel Church, Lagos recalled the previous efforts of the set, to contribute to the school’s development.
These, according to the Clergy, included the presentation of the Lawn Mower, being instrumental to the renovation of the block of classrooms and the present commissioning of the administrative block and the donation of the office furniture.
Other speakers at the occasion appreciated the efforts of the outgoing Principal of the school, Mr Felix Idowu, for working with Stakeholders to develop the school.
Chief Tunde Faseyi (JP), Chairman of the Planning Committee, in his speech, affirmed that the welfare of staff and students of the school continued to be paramount in the minds of the 82 set, which had led to the various developmental donations.
