The Osun State Police Command has posted a new Area Commander to head its Obokun Area Command headquartered in Ibokun. He is Agbemoroti Clement, whose rank is Assistant Commissioner of Police.
He enlisted as a Cadet Inspector of Police in 1992.
The Area Command superintends all the four (4) Divisional Police Headquarters in Ibokun Local Government Area of Osun State. Esa-Oke Divisional Headquarters is in the area.
ACP Agbemoroti is a product of the Police Academy, (POLAC), Kano, Kano State, where he graduated with flying colours. He has also participated in an Internal Affairs Course in Ghana.
The new Area Commander has been on African Union Peacekeeping Mission in Somalia, amongst other international and national assignments.
He has also worked in various commands/formations in Nigeria. He was in Kaduna Police Command, Anambra Police Command, and Force Provost, Police Headquarters, Abuja.
He was later posted to AC Admin Zone 17, Akure, Ondo State from where he was posted to the Osun Command, from where he was posted to the Obokun Area Command Headquarters, Ibokun on 11, November 2025, and assumed duty on 17 November 2025.
ACP Agbemoroti is from Ilara Mokin in Ifedore Local Government Area of Ondo State. He is married with children.
