1. POOR ELECTRICITY SUPPLY TO ESAOKE
1. The Representatives of IBEDC , Ilesha Business Hub,Engr Adeleke shared his perspectives on the general paucity of energy in IBEDC coverage areas, which necessitated rationing of available Energy quota. However,he promised to ensure that at least Esaoke consumers get 3 hours energy supply per day.
2. The Esaoke community through the Esaoke Central Union(ECU),is requested to write the IBEDC headquarters Ibadan, for migration from Electricity Consumers band E to band C,which is equivalent to ijebu Ijesha electricity consumers status.
3. The Esaoke community promised to pay their monthly energy Consumption, with the new understanding on energy supply to Esaoke.
4. Osun State College of Technology(Oscotech) Esaoke, through the management representative,Dr Cecilia Ijitona, agreed with the representative of IBEDC request for them to pay outstanding bills owed IBEDC and resolve pending issues,so that they can be reconnected back to the energy grid. This obviously will increase Energy consumption in the Esaoke zone, boosts IBEDC monthly revenue and ultimately encourage IBEDC to supply more energy to Esaoke
5. Esaoke Community is encouraged to migrate Electricity transmission right of way (R.O.W),from the Vegetated farm route to run by the Roadside between Eti-Oni and Esaoke, which would permanently forestall incessant interference of Transmission lines with vegetation and Esaoke community agreed to activate processes in that regard .
6. It has been established in the course of this interactive engagement and constructive exchange of notes between IBEDC representative and Esaoke community, that Esaoke is on a 33KV/415KV contrary to previous information circulating in the community. In view of this, the proposal for the establishment of Step down Substation from 33kv/415kv to 11Kv will not be necessary.

EDUCATION
The Esaoke community and representatives of OSCOTECH exchanged views and perspectives on identified challenges and proffered solutions.
CULTISM AND ACTIVITIES OF EXTORTIONISTS: These issues were considered very sensitive and were therefore referred to a special subcommittee after this conference.
The Esaoke community frowns frankly and absolutely rejects the casualization of academic staff at Oscotech and demands that management immediately set up processes,to fully integrate all teaching staff into permanent status. The Esaoke community queried the selective and discriminative system on why indigenes of Esaoke are yet to be made members of the Governing Council of Oscotech, despite repeated assurances to do so from the Governing Council.Esaoke indigenes with requisite qualifications were encouraged to take up career appointments with the management of Oscotech,so that whenever headship positions are available, such leadership vacuums could be adequately filled.

The Conference concurred after diligent evaluation of facts available during the interactive dialogue between the management of Oscotech and Esaoke community, that the Osun State Government, Owner of Esaoke College of Technology(OSCOTECH),is complicit in the events that led to low quality of Education standards, due to administrative negligence and other malpractices like casualization of Academic Staff recruitment within the institution.
The conference demanded that future nomination for participations in Town and Gown meetings should strictly be on merit and be left for Esaoke Indigenes, who are knowledgeable in Education management in higher Institutions rather than arbitrary nomination of candidates from Esaoke for representation at Town and Gown meetings.
On poor students enrollment, the management of Oscotech was advised to make good publicity in both soft and print media for students admissions.
